Robert Elensky

Robert is an Executive in Residence (EIR) with Breakaway Growth Fund.
With more than 35 years of senior leadership experience, Robert is actively working to identify, assist and advise founders in high performing companies. Prior to Breakaway Growth Fund, Robert founded and exited two multinational companies in the payments space, worked for a number of financial institutions, turned around and sold a beverage company, developed residential and commercial real estate, and managed a trading floor for an multi-national bank expanding into Eurasia. Robert’s responsibilities led him to work in Europe (East & West), North America, Asia, and the Middle East North Africa.
Robert earned an MBA from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
